2. Bookings and Confirmation

Bookings are made by contacting us through WhatsApp, phone, email, or the contact form on our website.

A booking is only considered confirmed once we have acknowledged and confirmed it directly with you, whether via WhatsApp or another communication channel.

Please ensure that all details you provide — including pickup location, drop-off location, date, time, number of passengers, and flight or hotel information — are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided at the time of booking.

3. Pricing

Vehicle pricing is not published on our website. Prices are provided directly to customers upon request, based on the specific route, vehicle type, number of passengers, and service requested.

Any price quoted to you via WhatsApp, phone, or email is specific to that booking and may vary depending on distance, timing, vehicle availability, and other factors.

Please confirm the final price with us before your trip begins. Prices are generally payable as agreed with our team at the time of booking or service.

4. Cancellations and Changes

We understand that travel plans can change. To help us serve you and other customers effectively, please notify us as early as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule a booking.

Cancellations made with reasonable advance notice will generally not incur a charge.
Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee, particularly where a vehicle and driver have already been arranged for you.
Any cancellation fee, if applicable, will be communicated to you at the time of booking or cancellation.

Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle type are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

By booking a service with us, you agree to:

Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
Provide accurate travel, flight, and hotel information when relevant
Ensure passengers and luggage comply with reasonable vehicle capacity limits
Behave respectfully toward drivers and other passengers
Comply with applicable Saudi laws and regulations during transport, including those related to Hajj, Umrah, and Ziyarah visits

We reserve the right to refuse or end a service if a passenger’s conduct is unsafe, abusive, or unlawful.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

While we make every effort to ensure punctual and reliable service, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Weather conditions
Road closures or diversions
Flight delays
Government restrictions or public safety measures
Other events beyond our reasonable control

Safa Travels KSA will not be held liable for delays, missed connections, or losses arising from such circumstances, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and minimize disruption.

7. Luggage and Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings during transport. We recommend checking the vehicle before departure to ensure nothing is left behind.

Safa Travels KSA is not responsible for lost, damaged, or forgotten items unless caused directly by our negligence.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable Saudi law, Safa Travels KSA’s liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the value of the specific booking in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including missed flights, missed events, or other losses arising from delays or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Our website may link to or interact with third-party services such as WhatsApp, social media platforms, or mapping tools. We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of these third-party services.
