Welcome to Safa Travels KSA. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Safa Travels KSA website, as well as your booking and use of our transportation and travel-related services within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

By accessing our website, contacting us, requesting a quotation, making a booking, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. About Safa Travels KSA

Safa Travels KSA provides transportation and travel-related services across Saudi Arabia. Depending on availability and the customer’s requirements, our services may include:

Airport transfers
Airport pickup and drop-off
Makkah–Madinah intercity transfers
Hotel-to-hotel transfers
Jeddah–Makkah transportation
Umrah transportation
Ziyarah and religious-site transportation
City and sightseeing transportation
Custom and long-distance routes
Group and family transportation
Other private transportation services arranged directly with customers

Services, vehicle types, routes, and availability may vary depending on the customer’s requirements and operational availability.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

Customers may request bookings through WhatsApp, telephone, email, our website contact form, or another communication method provided by Safa Travels KSA.

A booking is not considered confirmed until Safa Travels KSA has communicated confirmation to the customer.

When making a booking, customers should provide accurate and complete information, including where applicable:

Passenger name and contact information
Pickup and drop-off locations
Travel date
Pickup time
Number of passengers
Number and approximate size of luggage items
Flight number and arrival/departure details
Hotel name and address
Any special transportation requirements

Customers are responsible for checking the booking details provided by them and notifying us promptly of any errors.

Safa Travels KSA is not responsible for problems, delays, additional costs, or unsuccessful pickups resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the customer.

3. Quotes and Pricing

Safa Travels KSA does not necessarily publish fixed prices for all services on the website.

Prices are generally provided directly to customers based on factors such as:

Pickup and destination
Travel distance
Vehicle type
Number of passengers
Luggage requirements
Date and time
Availability
Special transportation requirements
Other circumstances relating to the requested service

A quotation provided by Safa Travels KSA applies to the specific journey and requirements communicated at the time of quotation.

Unless otherwise stated, a quotation does not automatically apply to a different route, date, vehicle, passenger count, or service.

Customers should confirm the final agreed price and service details with Safa Travels KSA before the journey begins.

4. Payment

Payment arrangements may vary depending on the booking and service.

The applicable payment method and timing will be communicated to the customer during the booking process.

Where payment is agreed directly with the driver or at the time of service, the customer should ensure that the agreed amount is available when the service is provided.

Any additional service, route change, waiting time, stop, or other request that was not included in the original booking may result in an additional charge where applicable. Such charges will be communicated to the customer where reasonably possible before the additional service is provided.

5. Cancellations and Booking Changes

Travel plans can change, and customers should notify Safa Travels KSA as soon as possible if they need to cancel or modify a booking.

Cancellation and change arrangements may depend on:

How much notice is provided
Whether a driver has already been assigned
Whether the vehicle has already been dispatched
The type of service booked
The timing of the cancellation
Other circumstances associated with the booking

Where reasonable advance notice is provided, Safa Travels KSA will generally attempt to accommodate cancellation or rescheduling requests without a charge.

Late cancellations, last-minute changes, or no-shows may result in a cancellation or service charge where applicable, particularly when a driver or vehicle has already been allocated or dispatched.

Any applicable cancellation charge will be communicated to the customer where possible.

Changes to the pickup time, pickup location, destination, passenger count, or vehicle requirements are subject to availability and may affect the quoted price.

6. Airport Transfers and Flight Delays

For airport transfers, customers should provide the correct flight number and arrival or departure information whenever applicable.

Where flight information has been provided, Safa Travels KSA may monitor the relevant flight information to help coordinate the pickup.

However, flight tracking does not guarantee that delays or schedule changes can always be accommodated without disruption.

Customers should notify us as soon as possible if their flight is cancelled, diverted, significantly delayed, or otherwise changed.

Airport waiting arrangements, including any applicable waiting period or additional waiting charges, may depend on the specific booking and will be communicated where applicable.

7. Pickup and Waiting Time

Customers are expected to be ready at the agreed pickup location and time.

For hotel pickups, customers should be ready at the designated pickup point or hotel entrance unless another location has been specifically agreed.

For airport pickups, customers should follow the pickup instructions provided by Safa Travels KSA.

If a customer is not available at the agreed pickup location, our driver may attempt to contact the customer using the contact information provided during booking.

Extended waiting caused by a customer may be subject to additional charges depending on the booking and circumstances.

8. Passenger Responsibilities

Customers and passengers agree to:

Provide accurate booking and travel information
Be ready at the agreed pickup location and time
Follow reasonable instructions from the driver
Treat drivers and other passengers respectfully
Use the vehicle in a responsible manner
Keep personal belongings secure
Comply with applicable Saudi laws and regulations
Follow applicable rules relating to Hajj, Umrah, Ziyarah, airport access, and other regulated areas

Passengers must not engage in conduct that creates a safety risk, damages the vehicle, threatens or abuses the driver, or violates applicable laws.

Safa Travels KSA may refuse to provide or may terminate a service where continuing the journey would create a reasonable safety, legal, or operational concern.

9. Passenger Capacity and Luggage

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the number of passengers and luggage.

Vehicle selection is based partly on the information provided during booking.

Safa Travels KSA cannot guarantee that a vehicle will accommodate luggage or additional passengers that were not disclosed at the time of booking.

Where the number or size of luggage exceeds the vehicle’s reasonable capacity, an alternative vehicle may be required and additional charges may apply.

Customers should inform us in advance about unusually large, bulky, fragile, or special luggage.

10. Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings, luggage, documents, valuables, electronics, and other property during transportation.

Customers are encouraged to check the vehicle carefully before leaving it.

Safa Travels KSA will make reasonable efforts to assist in recovering items reported as lost, but cannot guarantee recovery.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Safa Travels KSA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings unless the loss or damage is directly attributable to our negligence or another circumstance for which we are legally responsible.

11. Vehicle and Driver Assignment

Safa Travels KSA may assign a suitable vehicle and driver based on the service booked, passenger requirements, availability, and operational circumstances.

The specific vehicle shown in photographs, examples, advertisements, or website materials may not necessarily be the exact vehicle assigned to a particular booking.

Where operational circumstances require a substitution, Safa Travels KSA may provide another suitable vehicle of comparable capacity or functionality where reasonably possible.

12. Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances

We make reasonable efforts to provide reliable and timely transportation. However, transportation services are subject to conditions outside our direct control.

These may include:

Heavy traffic
Road accidents
Road closures
Detours
Weather conditions
Vehicle or infrastructure issues
Flight delays or cancellations
Government restrictions
Security or public-safety measures
Religious-season traffic or restrictions
Unexpected congestion around airports, Makkah, Madinah, or other destinations
Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Where such circumstances occur, Safa Travels KSA will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer and minimize disruption.

However, we cannot guarantee exact journey times or accept responsibility for consequences arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, subject to applicable law.

Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient travel time when making onward travel arrangements, including flights, trains, tours, appointments, and other scheduled activities.

13. Hajj, Umrah and Religious Travel

Customers travelling for Hajj, Umrah, Ziyarah, or other religious purposes are responsible for ensuring that they comply with all applicable Saudi laws, regulations, permits, access requirements, and official instructions.

Transportation availability and access to certain locations may be affected by government regulations, seasonal restrictions, crowd-control measures, road closures, or other official requirements.

Safa Travels KSA does not control government access requirements or restrictions and cannot guarantee access to any location where access is restricted or prohibited by the relevant authorities.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links or references to third-party services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps, social media platforms, payment providers, mapping services, or other external websites and applications.

These third-party services operate independently of Safa Travels KSA.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, policies, or practices of third-party websites or services.

Your use of third-party services is subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

15. Website Use

You agree to use the Safa Travels KSA website only for lawful purposes.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Where liability is legally established, any limitation of liability will be applied only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

19. Customer Complaints and Service Issues

If you experience an issue with a service, please contact Safa Travels KSA as soon as reasonably possible.

Providing details such as the booking date, pickup location, destination, driver information, and description of the issue will help us investigate the matter.

We will review complaints in good faith and attempt to resolve legitimate service issues reasonably and promptly.

20. Privacy

Information submitted through our website or during the booking process may be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible.

The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to remain in effect to the extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with any specific booking details or additional terms communicated and agreed between Safa Travels KSA and the customer, constitute the terms governing the relevant service.

If a specific written booking agreement or confirmed booking arrangement contains terms that differ from these general Terms, the specific terms agreed for that booking may apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
